Member data will not be disclosed to third parties
Platform is not responsible for data loss

4. Liability & Risk Acknowledgment

Members agree to hold principals and platform harmless from liability
All investments are at member's own risk
Past performance does not guarantee future results
Content is for informational and educational purposes only
Platform not liable for damages from terms violation

5. Platform Rules & Changes

Platform may change rules, commissions, and rates without notice
Members responsible for reviewing current terms
Changes may be made to protect member interests

6. Member Conduct & Responsibilities

Members must not use platform for illegal activities
Must comply with local, national, and international laws
No negative reviews without first contacting administration
SPAM and UCE strictly prohibited
Violations result in immediate program removal

7. Dispute Resolution

Technical issues must be reported to administration first
Members must attempt to resolve issues with administration before public posting
Platform maintains final decision authority on all disputes
